These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lv77 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at lv77.casa

To register and maintain an account on lv77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use.

• You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person when placing wagers.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of lv77 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended lv77 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with local laws governing online gambling in your jurisdiction.

To access the full functionality of the lv77 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and belongs to you.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information: a valid email address, a chosen username, date of birth, full legal name, and a contact number. You may also be asked to provide your Malaysian NRIC number or passport number for KYC verification purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify lv77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. lv77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on lv77. The operation of multiple accounts by one individual ("multi-accounting"), whether under different names, email addresses, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

lv77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian NRIC, passport, and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure. Verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.

By using the lv77 Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use that govern all interactions with the Platform's services, games, and features:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, algorithm, or system underlying the Platform.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• You acknowledge that all game outcomes on lv77 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, for live dealer games, by physical mechanics, and that past results do not influence future outcomes.

lv77 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• lv77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply independent transaction fees.
• lv77 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

The primary Account currency on lv77 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All balances, wagers, winings, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR unless expressly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

Players may request a withdrawal of their available Account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. lv77 processes withdrawals via the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.

• Account KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in the Player's own name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Account cashier section.
• Active bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• lv77 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

Withdrawal processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. Typical processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes for verified accounts; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. Processing may be delayed during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Standard maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling24-hour period. VIP tier players may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed within the Account cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

lv77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are only available to Players who have registered fully verified Account in good standing.
• Each promotion may be claimed only once per Player, per household, per device, or per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) which must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winings is permitted.
• Maximum bet sizes during active bonus play are typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per wager — the specific cap is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date. Unused bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited upon expiry.
• lv77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• A maximum cash-out limit may apply to bonus-derived winnings — the applicable limit is stated per promotion.

All wagers placed on lv77 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product type — casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and lottery. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform.

• All bets are final once accepted by the Platform. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after acceptance.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per wager and are displayed within the relevant game or market.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds or game settings, lv77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.
• For sports betting markets, settlement will be based on the official result published by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, lv77's decision shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lv77 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balance may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited entirely:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software to derive financial gain.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to systematically exploiting promotional offers across multiple accounts.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or with Platform staff to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes that are not bona fide.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lv77 staff or other Players in any communication channel.

lv77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a payment reversal, chargeback, or fraudulent payment claim.
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted through the responsible gambling tools.
• A court order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement instruction.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's own breach of these Terms, lv77 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance that was derived from bonus funds or from activity that constitutes a violation of these Terms. Legitimately deposited real-money funds that are not subject to active wagering requirements will generally be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to successful identity verification.

All content on the lv77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, software, trademarks, and interface elements, is the intellectual property of lv77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of lv77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lv77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit lv77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
